Key Responsibilities
Team & Delivery Management
- Lead a cross-functional AMS team providing SAP SuccessFactors support to global clients.
- Ensure on-time delivery of AMS tickets, change requests, and enhancements aligned with SLAs and quality standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or functional issues, driving timely resolutions.
Financial & Operational Management
- Manage AMS team’s financial operations, including revenue booking, budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Track and report utilization, billability, and financial performance regularly to optimize resource allocation.
Resource & Shift Coordination
- Oversee resource planning and shift scheduling, including night and weekend coverage as required.
- Ensure smooth workforce transitions and backfills to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
Solution Architecture & Functional Oversight
- Provide expert guidance across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Employee Central (EC).
- Review and approve functional designs, ensure best practices, and contribute to pre-sales proposals and client demos.
Team Development & Governance
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance functional and technical skills.
- Drive continuous process improvements, knowledge sharing, and governance within the AMS team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, with mandatory experience in Employee Central (EC).
- Proven experience managing AMS support operations across multiple clients globally.
- Strong financial acumen in AMS operations including revenue recognition and resource budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to manage global shifts and dynamic client needs.
- Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC or other modules).
- Knowledge of integration tools like Boomi, SAP CPI, and SAP analytics platforms is a plus.
- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal support highly desirable.
Work Location & Mode
- Based primarily in Bhubaneswar, with PAN India flexibility.
