Summary

KPMG Global Services (KGS) is seeking a highly skilled SAP PaPM Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions. Based in Bangalore, this role involves managing end-to-end PaPM projects, driving enterprise-wide profitability analysis, financial modeling, and performance management initiatives, and collaborating with business and technical teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in SAP PaPM implementation, solution architecture, and project management, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PaPM Solution Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP PaPM project implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategy.
• Translate complex business scenarios into robust PaPM models, simulations, and profitability analyses.
• Oversee configuration, development, testing, and integration of PaPM solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design performance management solutions.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and business partners.

Continuous Improvement & Support

• Provide ongoing support, performance tuning, and enhancement of existing PaPM solutions.
• Implement best practices in SAP performance management, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

Project Leadership & Governance

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Apply solution architecture expertise to align PaPM implementations with enterprise systems.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure quality and compliance across projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration, financial modeling, and enterprise performance management.
• Hands-on experience in project management, solution design, and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Certifications in PMP, SAP Activate, or SAP PaPM preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in SAP PaPM or SAP Finance/Performance Management roles.
• Certifications: PMP, SAP Activate, or SAP PaPM certification preferred.
