Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions across multiple data domains including Business Partners, Customers, Vendors, Material Masters, and Bank Account Masters.
- Lead complex SAP implementation projects from design through deployment.
- Develop and manage workflows, process models, UI configurations, and reporting mechanisms within SAP MDG.
- Handle error management and replication issues across multiple systems efficiently.
- Implement BRFplus rules for business logic automation.
- Configure and troubleshoot integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems, including S4HANA, ECC6, CRM7, C4C, HCM, and SuccessFactors.
- Monitor performance parameters, optimize system performance, and resolve technical issues.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including solution design documents, HLDs, and specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
- Work effectively in Agile and DevOps environments, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP MDG (on-premise & cloud).
- Proficiency in SAP BTP and BRFPlus.
- Knowledge of Financials, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, Material, and Consolidation modules.
- Experience in workflows, process/data/UI modeling, and reporting setup.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP integrations, replication error handling, and multi-system interfaces.
- Ability to analyze performance issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation skills for technical and functional specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical degree.
- Prior experience in Telecom, Banking, or Financial Services industries is a plus.
