Summary
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Developer in Bangalore with 4–14 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), both on-premise and cloud versions. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP MDG technical skills, BTP (Business Technology Platform) knowledge, and experience across multiple master data domains including Business Partners, Customers, Vendors, Materials, and Bank Accounts. This role involves leading complex SAP implementation projects, designing, configuring, and integrating MDG solutions, and providing expert error management, replication handling, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MDG implementation projects across Financials, Business Partners, Customers, Suppliers, Materials, and Consolidation domains.
- Design, configure, and implement MDG workflows, process models, data models, and UI models.
- Develop technical solutions for MDG error management, including replication errors across multiple systems.
- Integrate SAP MDG with multi-system environments: CRM7, C4C, S4HANA, ECC6, HCM/SF, and other cloud systems (GCP, Azure).
- Configure BRFPlus for business rules and manage workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for solution design, review, and documentation.
- Optimize system performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure proper Agile development practices and DevOps integration.
- Prepare and maintain solution documents, high-level designs (HLDs), and functional specifications.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP MDG technical and functional modules (Financials, BP, Customer, Supplier, Material).
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP MDM best practices.
- Experience in workflow, UI, process modelling, and reporting.
- Proficiency in error management, replication handling, and integration solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and multi-system SAP integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical degree.
- Proven experience in SAP MDG development, configuration, and implementation.
