Key Responsibilities
As a SAP HCM Consultant at Deloitte, you will be responsible for:
- Business Requirement Analysis: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, conduct gap analysis, and map existing processes to the SAP HCM solution.
- Configuration & Design:
- Configure SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, Time) for seamless integration.
- Design and maintain the organizational structure, including positions, jobs, and relationships.
- Data Management: Manage employee master data, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Process Enhancement: Implement process improvements, design PA processes, and related system enhancements.
- Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient SAP solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM, specifically in Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA HCM systems, SAP Query, Ad Hoc Reporting.
- HR Expertise: In-depth understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to recommend impactful solutions and continuously improve business processes.
