Responsibilities
- Implement, enhance, and support SAP Group Reporting (S4HANA 2109) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements from tickets assigned using CRM UHD tool.
- Perform process analysis, develop solutions, and carry out functional configurations in SAP Consolidation.
- Conduct internal testing, support user testing, and ensure seamless deployment aligned with client processes.
- Prepare documentation including Functional Specifications, BPML, and User Training Manuals.
- Lead functional discussions with key users and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
- Work in onsite/offshore model and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Apply Agile methodology in solution delivery and process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP S4HANA Group Reporting (1909 or later).
- Minimum 8 years in SAP Finance with at least one full SAP implementation in Financial Accounting Consolidation.
- Hands-on experience in Consolidation, Reporting, and End-to-End SAP processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of telecom, banking, or financial services industry is a plus.
Good to Have
- SAP S4H 1709 or latest SD/FI Certification.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile project delivery and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Intermediate CA, or
- Bachelor of Engineering / Masters in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
