🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SAP FICO Module Lead for end-to-end SAP ERP implementations.
- Oversee project planning, configuration, integration, and deployment of SAP FICO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders for business process mapping.
- Configure SAP FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) modules as per client requirements.
- Lead implementation efforts within Power Utilities sector for financial and billing systems.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to junior consultants and project teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones and compliance with SAP best practices.
💼 Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of SAP FICO architecture, business processes, and module configuration.
- Strong experience with:
- General Ledger Accounting
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, HR.
- Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working with Indian statutory requirements and power utilities ERP environments.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: B.Tech/B.E./MCA/B.Sc (IT/Engg.)
- For finance/billing modules: B.Com candidates also eligible.
- Preferred: MBA/PGDBM or Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 8 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 1 full life cycle SAP ERP implementation as module lead.
- Valid SAP ERP FICO module certification preferred.
- Prior experience with SAP projects in power utilities is a strong plus.
