💼 Key Responsibilities
As an SAP EPPM/PS Manager at Deloitte Kolkata, you will:
- Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP PPM (Portfolio & Project Management) and SAP PS (Project Systems) modules.
- Design project structures including WBS, Networks, and Activities.
- Manage project lifecycle: budgeting, planning, forecasting, and tracking.
- Configure SAP solutions, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP FI/CO, MM, CATS, HR).
- Conduct workshops, collect business requirements, and prepare blueprints.
- Drive solution architecture and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
- Oversee data migration, user training, and go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications and oversee enhancements/reports/interfaces.
- Mentor junior consultants and maintain delivery quality standards.
- Stay current with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA innovations, and project tools.

🧩 Required Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in SAP EPPM and SAP PS modules.
