🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy inbound and outbound SAP CPI integrations across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Lead technical teams, guiding integration development and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration and interface issues in SAP CPI/PI/PO landscapes.
- Collaborate in workshops to understand client requirements and architect efficient integration solutions.
- Ensure operational excellence by proactively managing integration performance and support.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering timely, quality solutions and support.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CPI innovations and SuccessFactors integration best practices.

💡 Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PI, or PO.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing SuccessFactors integrations (both inbound and outbound).
- Expertise with Enterprise Integration Patterns, API management, security configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead technical teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP CPI certification is a strong plus.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
