🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a SAP Commerce Manager, you will:
🔨 Solution Architecture & Development
- Architect and lead implementation of large-scale SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions
- Customize Hybris applications for B2B and B2C platforms
- Design and implement secure, high-performance eCommerce systems
👨💻 Technical Leadership
- Manage cross-functional project teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts
- Oversee system configuration, integrations, deployments, and support cycles
- Provide deep technical insights and solution architecture guidance
🔍 Troubleshooting & Support
- Handle system monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Lead ongoing support and optimization of Hybris applications
- Ensure production stability, data integrity, and compliance
🧠 Required Skills & Technologies
📌 Must-Have Technical Expertise
- 10+ years in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud development & architecture
- Hybris modules: WCMS, Product Cockpit, OMS, Customer Service
- Customization using: Java, J2EE, Spring, REST APIs
- Frontend exposure: Adobe AEM, Hybris WCMS
- Search Engines: Endeca, Solr
- Messaging systems and microservices integrations
- Strong command over Impex, Cron Jobs, Backoffice Monitoring
🔄 Integrations & APIs
- Experience integrating external payment gateways, social media APIs, CDN, analytics tools
- Mastery in data modeling, web services, tokenization, personalization, SEO
🛠 Tools & Platforms
- SAP Hybris Tools: HMC, HAC, Cockpits, Backoffice
- Source control: Git, ticketing: JIRA/Rally, collaboration: Confluence
- Familiarity with caching tools (e.g., EhCache, Oracle Coherence)
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
