🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a SAP Commerce Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

🔨 SAP Commerce Development

• Customize SAP Hybris-based eCommerce platforms for both B2C and B2B models
• Work on Hybris CMS, WCMS, and commerce suite development
• Implement features like catalog management, search & navigation, and personalization

📐 Technical Implementation

• Design and develop backend and frontend code in Java / J2EE
• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams, configuration files, and design documentation
• Support cron job scheduling, ImpEx scripting, and Hybris cockpits

🧪 Testing & Debugging

• Perform unit, system, and integration testing
• Debug production issues, identify root causes, and resolve defects
• Optimize system performance and availability

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, release managers, and client stakeholders
• Participate in daily standups, project planning, and delivery milestones

🧠 Required Skills & Technologies

📌 Core Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
• Understanding of eCommerce architecture, workflows, and data modeling
• Knowledge of Hybris modules: Product Cockpit, WCMS, OMS, Customer Service
• Hands-on with Java, J2EE, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, REST APIs

🛠 Tools & Frameworks

• Hybris Console tools: HAC, HMC, Backoffice
• Version control: Git
• Project management: JIRA, collaboration via Confluence
• Experience working with Endeca or Solr for search engine integration

🔄 Integration Knowledge

• Understanding of external payment gateway integration
• Familiarity with tokenization, hosted payment pages, and synchronous/asynchronous APIs
• Prior exposure to CDN, Google Analytics, or social platform APIs (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field
• Certifications (Preferred): SAP Commerce / Hybris developer certifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and frameworks
