Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain process mining solutions using Signavio, Celonis, and other tools.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate business needs into SAP-based solutions.
- Customize KPIs in Signavio / Celonis to align with client goals.
- Develop data connectors for ERP and external systems integration.
- Optimize code and processes for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Support SAP upgrades by adapting process mining solutions as needed.
- Provide client training, documentation, and technical guidance.
- Travel to client sites when required.
Technical Expertise
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SQL programs.
- Maintain documentation for Signavio / Celonis SOPs.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP best practices.
People & Leadership
- Build a quality-driven culture across projects.
- Mentor and train project resources.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across teams.
- Contribute to EY-wide initiatives on learning and innovation.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industry experience in SAP process mining or implementation projects.
- Proven expertise in Signavio, Celonis, or Process Gold (certifications preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, ABAP on HANA, and process modeling.
- Understanding of automation tools and business processes.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements with an agile mindset.
Additional / Preferred Skills
- Exposure to BTP (Business Technology Platform) and HANA Analytics (predictive/text analysis).
- Knowledge of SAP FIORI and SAP functional modules (SAP MM, SD, FI/CO).
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Continuous learner with awareness of latest SQL and SAP trends.
