Summary
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant in Bangalore with 4–12 years of hands-on experience in SAC Planning, FP&A, and SAP BW/HANA integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end SAC Planning implementation, including OPEX, revenue, and HR planning, along with data modeling, predictive planning, and KPI visualization. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead testing cycles (SIT & UAT), and drive successful SAP Analytics Cloud adoption for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAC Planning for FP&A, including OPEX, revenue, and HR planning.
- Design and implement data models, including new account models, dimensions, private and public models.
- Integrate SAC Planning with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other source systems, including outbound integration for planned data.
- Configure and manage collaboration features, allocations, version management, and data actions.
- Implement advanced formulas, input tasks, calendar setups, and job scheduling for automated planning processes.
- Develop Value Driver Trees and predictive planning scenarios to enhance planning accuracy.
- Build visualizations for KPIs, comparing Actual vs Plan vs Forecast vs Budget.
- Present and demonstrate SAC Planning features to customers, ensuring business adoption.
- Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Execute data migration tasks as required during SAC implementation projects.
Required Skills
- Strong SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning expertise, with FP&A experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAC data modeling, predictive planning, and KPI visualization.
- Experience in S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other SAP system integrations.
- Proficiency in collaboration features, allocations, input tasks, and job scheduling.
- Knowledge of Value Driver Trees and advanced planning scenarios.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in onsite/offshore models and Agile environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical degree.
- Proven experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning implementation and support.
