Key Responsibilities

Functional Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Perform integration and regression testing, leveraging Salesforce tools and third-party APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Validate data migration, deployment processes, and environment consistency using CI/CD pipelines.

Salesforce Development Collaboration

• Work with Salesforce developers on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to ensure quality delivery.
• Review code from a functional testing perspective, identifying gaps and risks early.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Mentorship & Continuous Improvement

• Assist senior team members in mentoring junior analysts and testers.
• Help refine testing processes and adopt best practices for Salesforce QA.
• Maintain adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and Salesforce governor limits during testing phases.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce functional testing and quality engineering.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce administration.
• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud modules.
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git and using CI/CD tools for deployment automation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is strongly preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment and travel occasionally to client sites.

Location and Work Model

• Base Location: Bengaluru, India
• Work Model: Hybrid (combination of remote and office work)
• Occasional travel to client locations may be required.
