Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- Support digital PODs building enterprise-level technology solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering and document workflows, data enrichment, and operational needs.
- Run Agile ceremonies such as scrum calls, backlog refinements, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with IT partners, vendors, and clients to define technical and business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage change management activities, including training sessions and IT knowledge transfers.
- Provide timely communication on project progress and operational issues.
Skills & Competencies

- Proven experience in global, multi-year digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in Salesforce, Copado, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise engineering teams.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Copado, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Salesforce Certifications.
- Experience in multicultural, multilingual, and global team environments.
- Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing software segments.
- Proficiency in Miro or similar collaboration tools.
