Responsibilities
As our SailPoint Developer & Operations Specialist, you will:
- Configure and deploy SailPoint IIQ connectors, including aggregation, workflows, tasks, roles, and rule sets.
- Implement robust RBAC frameworks, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Access Certification processes.
- Integrate identity provisioning and authentication across internal, third-party, and SaaS systems.
- Build systems that enforce least privilege access transparently and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM platform governance and compliance.
- Translate global regulatory and access requirements into practical, technical IAM solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new identity management tools and integrations.
- Manage complex, multi‑phase IAM projects across global, distributed teams.
Skills & Qualifications
To thrive in this SailPoint governance engineer role, you should have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) modules.
- Deep expertise in building workflows, Life Cycle Manager (LCM) events, rules, and custom reports in SailPoint.
- Knowledge of all phases of SailPoint deployment and lifecycle management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance constraints of time, scope, and quality.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.
