Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment for Consumer & Operations roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Conduct requirement intake calls with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment processes, policies, and controls.
- Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates, refining strategies based on feedback.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment, influencing decision-making and managing expectations of candidates and hiring managers.
- Educate candidates on career growth opportunities, benefits, and compensation philosophy to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Develop and implement diversity hiring strategies, presenting diverse candidate slates to leadership.
- Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights to support talent acquisition decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting within corporate or search firm environments.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with candidates and senior managers.
- Proficiency in direct sourcing and engaging passive talent.
- Knowledge of executive compensation packages and negotiation experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience combining corporate and search firm recruiting.
- Familiarity with talent management, succession planning, and confidential projects.
- Experience in financial services or banking sector recruitment.
