Key Responsibilities
As a Record to Analyze Process Expert, you will:
- Prepare and process complex General Ledger journals, accruals, provisions, and allocations
- Handle non-standard accounting entries based on company policies and accounting manuals
- Process and monitor fixed asset entries, budgets, and capitalization
- Perform daily bank statement reconciliations and manage sub-bank accounts
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure settlement/netting of balances
- Drive and monitor period-end close activities, ensuring timely reporting
- Prepare and review low-to-medium risk balance sheet reconciliations
- Support financial, management, treasury, tax, and statutory reporting
- Execute and monitor automated transactions (e.g., FX valuation, depreciation)
- Contribute to financial controls testing under the Client Controls Framework
- Interact with Finance Controllers and Process Owners to resolve reporting issues and ensure compliance
Skills and Competencies
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong knowledge of R2A / R2R processes, financial accounting, and reporting
- Experience with General Ledger, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement
- Strong communication skills for interaction with Finance Controllers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus
- 3–6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- Proven track record in period-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
