🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Halliburton Real Estate Portfolio & Business Analyst, your main duties will include:

• Accurately abstracting real estate lease and purchase agreements into the SAP Real Estate Module, including financial and real estate data compliant with GAAP, FASB, and IASB.
• Advising and supporting end users on Commercial Real Estate processes, accounting policies, and SAP RE system applications.
• Resolving real estate transaction issues by applying deep knowledge of business processes and system functionalities.
• Participating in the design and documentation of real estate business process improvements, system enhancements, and training materials.
• Acting as a liaison between local real estate teams and finance/accounting departments to ensure smooth communication and data integrity.
• Performing month-end data validation, error corrections, and ensuring accurate allocation of real estate transactions to internal business units.
• Generating reports to support portfolio management, KPI tracking, and compliance with company policies.
• Conducting system testing related to new upgrades and unique real estate transaction scenarios to ensure correct financial postings.

🎯 Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency with SAP Real Estate Module or similar RE management software.
• Sound understanding of real estate lease, purchase, and sale transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data management.
• Ability to collaborate across real estate, finance, and operations teams.
• Effective communication skills to handle sensitive and escalated issues.
• Experience with portfolio analysis and real estate business process documentation.

🎓 Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; further education in business, real estate, or finance is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate services, accounting, or related roles.
• Proven experience handling lease and purchase transactions or facility management.
• Strong understanding of real estate legal documents and compliance standards.
