Key Responsibilities
- Monitor meeting queues via vendor portals and manage account activities.
- Collaborate with Investment Stewardship and Portfolio Managers to collect and apply votes.
- Manage account opening, closing, and reconciliations activities.
- Track Power of Attorney (POA) filings and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and manage internal and external reporting requirements.
- Perform ballot reconciliation and document reasons for rejected ballots.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to proxy voting.
- Maintain mailbox and track daily KPIs and metrics reporting.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
