Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution from order receipt to contract closure, ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, and margin targets.
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Quality, and ESG standards as per Suzlon policies.
- Lead project delivery to achieve completion within budget and schedule, ensuring smooth handover (HOTO) to Operations & Maintenance Services (OMS) and customers.
- Oversee contract management to ensure zero liquidated damages (LD) and timely communications with stakeholders.
- Conduct design reviews with vendors to confirm project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve project margins.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for additional revenue via scope enhancements, value-added services, or claims.
- Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support developers in managing external and project boundary issues effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy or related engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contract negotiation, and cost control.
- Familiarity with HSE standards, Quality Management Systems, and ESG policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
