The Transformation Delivery team within EY Business Consulting focuses on helping organizations execute large-scale transformation projects through strategic design, operational efficiency, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Consultant – Transformation Delivery, you will:

• Lead and manage project modules and supervise junior team members during engagement delivery.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables and manage client expectations.
• Conduct SOP preparation, process improvement, and strategic planning activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and progress communication.
• Develop high-quality project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Identify project issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, contributing to people development initiatives.
• Uphold EY’s quality standards and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech. / CA + MBA (Finance/Operations/General Management preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or project management role.
• Experience in public sector transformation, process optimization, or policy implementation is an advantage.
