Key Responsibilities
As a Project Consultant – Digital Risk at EY Mumbai, you will:
- Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle for technology hardware assets.
- Handle asset capacity planning and manage IT stores and inventory.
- Validate and initiate procurement requests for technology assets.
- Tag, track, and onboard assets into monitoring systems.
- Manage performance and risk metrics for IT assets.
- Liaise with OEMs for maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Oversee asset disposal in compliance with EY standards.
- Manage vendor services, audits, and asset-related tickets via ITSM tools.
- Ensure asset issuance and collection for incident and request management.
- Support intra-unit and inter-unit inventory transfers and de-bonding.
Skills and Attributes
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Experience in stores management and inventory control.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems with a practical, analytical, and structured approach.
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic consulting environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across client departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate or Professional Degree (any discipline).
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT Asset Management (HAM/ITAM) with stores/inventory management exposure.
