Responsibilities
As a Project Consultant – Digital Risk at EY Mumbai, you will:
- Manage end-to-end technology hardware asset lifecycle.
- Conduct asset capacity planning and validate procurement requests.
- Handle asset onboarding, tagging, IT stores, and inventory management.
- Support incident and request management via ITSM tools.
- Liaise with OEM vendors for repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
- Oversee asset disposal in compliance with EY standards.
- Manage vendor services, audits, and ticketing processes.
- Track and report performance and risk metrics.
