Responsibilities
As a Project Consultant – Business Consulting Risk (Digital Risk) at EY Mumbai, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end technology hardware asset lifecycle.
- Handling capacity planning, procurement validation, and onboarding of assets.
- Maintaining IT asset inventory and ensuring compliance with transfer, de-bonding, and disposal policies.
- Overseeing IT stores management and coordinating asset issuance/collection via ITSM tools.
- Ensuring asset upkeep, maintenance, repairs, and replacements by liaising with OEM vendors.
- Managing vendor services, audits, service requests, and incident ticket resolution.
- Driving risk and performance metrics management for technology assets.
- Supporting incident and request management for IT services.
