About the Role
As a Project Consultant in EY’s Business Consulting Risk – Digital Risk team, you will work on technology risk management, asset lifecycle management, and compliance-driven processes. The role focuses on helping clients safeguard their technology assets while improving business performance and reducing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of technology hardware assets
- Perform asset capacity planning and management
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for technology asset requirements
- Validate and initiate procurement requests for IT assets
- Handle asset onboarding, tagging, and inward tracking
- Manage IT stores and inventory, including inter-unit transfer and disposal
- Ensure compliance in asset issuance, maintenance, and retirement
- Coordinate with OEMs for repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Oversee vendor services management, audits, and service requests
- Manage incident and request tickets on ITSM tools
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Knowledge of inventory control, vendor management, and compliance processes
- Ability to analyze risks, manage technology lifecycles, and provide solutions
- Collaborative and client-centric mindset
- Agile, adaptable, and capable of solving complex problems with practical insights
Qualifications
- Graduate or professional background with ITAM/HAM and stores management experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in technology risk or IT asset management
