About the Role
EY’s Government & Public Sector Consulting (GPS) team works with governments to address their toughest challenges and build sustainable solutions for the future. Within the Transformation Delivery practice, you’ll support large-scale business transformation projects that drive efficiency, resilience, and long-term value across industries such as healthcare, insurance, and public administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting projects in business transformation, operations, and performance improvement.
- Provide strategic insights in finance, supply chain, and operations for government and public sector clients.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in client-facing environments.
- Support large-scale transformation programs, from design to execution.

- Prior consulting or transformation delivery experience is an advantage.
