Key Responsibilities
As a Project Consultant at EY Gurgaon, you will:
- Lead project delivery modules and manage client-facing junior teams.
- Handle project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
- Define deliverable content and ensure project objectives are met on time.
- Act as a coach and mentor, contributing to people development.
- Communicate stakeholder requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
- Coordinate delivery, track progress, and proactively resolve issues.
- Conduct regular status meetings, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Apply analytical problem-solving and develop alternative solutions.
- Maintain EY’s high standards of quality, customer service, and documentation.

- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
