About the Role
As a Project Consultant with EY’s Business Consulting (Government & Public Sector) team, you’ll play a key role in delivering transformation delivery projects, primarily in skill development, governance modernization, and public sector efficiency programs.
You’ll contribute to research, project management, and proposal development while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to help government clients solve complex challenges and create better outcomes for citizens.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management and execution of donor-funded and government projects in the skill development and public sector domains.
- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and data synthesis to support client engagements.
- Prepare project reports, business proposals, and pitch presentations for government and donor clients.
- Ensure quality delivery aligned with EY’s consulting standards and project frameworks.
- Develop and customize consulting solutions that address client-specific needs.
- Utilize MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analytics, documentation, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in donor-funded or skill development projects.
Preferred
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or performance improvement projects.
- Familiarity with public sector frameworks and governance initiatives.
- Strong business writing and presentation design skills.
