Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage state, district, and central government projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate investments, coordinate with multiple departments, and engage with International Financial Institutions (IFIs) where applicable.
- Provide policy support and guidance to public sector clients across finance, tourism, planning, and industrial departments.
- Drive large-scale business transformation initiatives in government, including performance improvement, supply chain, and operational efficiency programs.
- Supervise project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across government entities and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA / PGDM) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 9 years overall experience, with at least 7 years managing government sector projects, including 2+ years with state-level governments.
- Experience in policy support, project monitoring, and inter-department coordination.
