Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply and demand forecasting models to reduce inventory costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional demand and supply planning meetings, reviewing risks and mitigation plans.
- Use advanced statistical models and software tools to evaluate and improve supply chain performance.
- Present inventory management recommendations to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve supply chain challenges.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk management for supply chain initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning for new product introductions (NPI).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Process Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven ability managing cross-functional or multi-team projects.
- Expertise in developing and implementing planning systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting, and sales and operations planning (S&OP).
- Excellent analytical skills including data modeling, forecasting, trend analysis, and business insights.
