Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Program Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
- Coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Managing project scope, budget, and schedules to achieve successful delivery.
- Developing project plans, objectives, and documentation for compliance and future reference.
- Overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Using Salesforce Commerce Cloud expertise to drive best practices in implementation.
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitoring project performance with tracking tools and reporting progress to leadership.
- Identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Driving continuous improvement in project execution processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce business processes.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Certification
- Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer (required).
