Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager – SPARK, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-focused programs, from scoping through execution and post-launch performance analysis
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Act as a primary point of contact across functions including Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Own and drive progress on the strategic tools roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Provide regular status reports and performance updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and proactively resolve risks, blockers, or delays in project timelines
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage expectations efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or similar roles
- Proven experience working with data-driven project tracking and success metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating documentation and presenting updates to leadership
- Experience with AI technologies, automation tools, or knowledge management systems is a plus
