Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement product features aligned with AI & Data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with emerging AI/ML regulations and data management standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to AI & Data technologies, including bias, transparency, accountability, data quality, and privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Firmwide CDO, data scientists, engineers, legal, compliance, design, and business units to embed governance in AI/ML and data operations.
- Establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms for governance and compliance adherence.
- Present updates, risk findings, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in AI and data governance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, technology governance, risk management, or compliance in regulated industries (e.g., financial services).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML (including generative AI), MLOps, and data governance principles.
- Strong business analysis skills, with ability to map complex, interdependent processes.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate AI/Data risks effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex information to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Certifications in AI governance, data governance, or related fields.
