Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, aligning features with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with customers, business partners, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure transparency across all product development activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, QA, and vendors to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Agile/Scrum Execution: Manage JIRA activities including EPICs, user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement meetings.
- User Acceptance & Release Management: Define acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT, pre- and post-release validation, and ensure alignment with project teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Recommend changes to products, processes, and practices to enhance efficiency and deliver superior user experience.
- Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of US Health Care plans, HSA, Investment modules, Claims, CPI, Participant Portal, and Benefit Account modules.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience with JIRA, SQL, and Agile tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Knowledge of US healthcare plans, claims processing, and online participant portals is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate with 5+ years in Agile/Scrum environments, including 3+ years as Product Owner.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Experience in US healthcare or similar benefits systems is an advantage.
