Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and strategy for Unity, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Understand the user journey and jobs-to-be-done, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop value propositions to deliver customer and business benefits.
- Advocate for customer needs within cross-functional teams.
- Validate hypotheses through rapid experimentation and testing.
- Collaborate with UX, technology, and data science teams to guide product discovery and design.
- Own product releases, prioritize user stories, and manage backlog in alignment with program objectives.
- Define and track OKRs to measure outcomes and value realization.
- Engage with Operations, Client Services, and Marketing teams for effective product rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior product management experience in a large corporation, technology, or client service environment.
- Experience working in agile teams with UX designers and technologists.
- Strong analytical, logical, and structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to technical detail.
- Confidence in questioning business and technology requirements to drive optimal solutions.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of CIB Operations and trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience with web and database technologies.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools to track and improve product performance.
