Key Responsibilities
- Support the Mortgage Solutions Product team with release management and product testing.
- Coordinate product releases, ensuring smooth launches with Client Advisory, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Manage the product roadmap, adapting to changing business and client needs.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing for all product features throughout the lifecycle.
- Apply agile methodologies, including story mapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
- Develop user stories aligned with product features, ensuring Definition of Ready (DoR) and overseeing delivery to meet Definition of Done (DoD).
- Communicate testing progress, release status, and issues effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Support Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance product reliability, efficiency, and user adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product support, release management, testing, or technology roles.
- Basic understanding of software release cycles, testing principles, and financial services.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methods to improve product quality.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and VISIO/Lucid.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
