As a Procurement Specialist at Halliburton Jubail, your core responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing the sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations, and project management needs.
• Executing and complying with Category Management strategies and company procurement policies.
• Issuing purchase orders based on material requirements and project demands.
• Implementing local procurement agreements for goods and services outside Category Management.
• Creating Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and organizing competitive bidding processes to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Evaluating and assessing supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
• Supporting cost containment and operational efficiency through effective procurement practices.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and category management.
• Experience with Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems and procurement software.
