Key Responsibilities
Process Mining & Business Process Improvement
- Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint value opportunities across operational units.
- Translate complex business demands into practical IT deliverables and develop innovative process mining solutions.
- Implement and test solutions aligned with sprint plans and roadmaps, ensuring high-quality validation before deployment.
- Provide data-driven insights that improve process health, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance value capture.
- Engage and partner with stakeholders to create productivity improvements and reinforce compliance standards.
- Promote and drive adoption of the process mining platform across the organization.
- Develop and communicate success stories and internal content to showcase the impact of process mining initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven expertise in process mining with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using Celonis or similar platforms (Symbio, Aris, Signavio).
- Strong background in supply chain, digital process improvement, or business transformation within multinational organizations.
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to develop and discuss financial and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Bangalore with shift timings from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in translating business requirements into actionable process mining IT solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within sprint-based delivery environments.
