Key Responsibilities
- Provide flow assurance engineering support for offshore and onshore LNG operations.
- Lead process surveillance activities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations in compliance with QGMS ASV L3 standards.
- Prepare surveillance reports, troubleshooting recommendations, and escalation plans for deviations.
- Ensure hydrate management and flow assurance during multiphase pipeline pigging, shutdowns, and ramp-up/down operations.
- Deliver shutdown support including scoping and planning of process-related activities.
- Provide pipeline chemical management and corrosion control support to safeguard pipeline integrity.
- Act as administrator for HMS Procedures, Pipeline Operating Manuals, and Pipeline Management System (PMS).
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, FRA, RCFA, SIL, and safety/reliability assessments.
- Review and provide input on brownfield modifications and major projects to avoid operational impact.
- Support the Annual Business Plan Assumptions process by submitting accurate engineering and flow assurance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Process, Chemical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 8 years’ oil and gas experience, with strong offshore process engineering exposure.
- Specialized experience in pipeline flow assurance, corrosion mechanisms, and offshore pipeline integrity.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in industry-standard analysis tools: PIPESIM, OLGA, HYSYS, PVTSIM.
- Strong expertise in offshore pipeline flow assurance and hydrate management.
- Knowledge of corrosion control strategies and failure mechanism prevention.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and implement long-term engineering solutions.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
