Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain PO and Non-PO invoices, handling both manual and automatic payment requests.
- Manage end-to-end Vendor Master activities, including creation, changes, verification, cleansing, and duplicate record identification.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for coding approvals, resolve blocked invoice issues, and ensure timely accounting posting.
- Process travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payment issues, recover funds, and execute payment proposals.
- Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet specified timelines.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support digital transformation using automation and AI-powered workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, vendor management, and invoice reconciliation.
- Proven experience in payment reporting, reconciliation, and financial operations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shift-based operations and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP software.
- Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented.
