Key Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including Order Management, Receivables Management, and Cash Applications.
- Coordinate activities associated with Lead to Cash workflows and ensure adherence to operational SLAs.
- Identify potential process risks and suggest corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Investigate account discrepancies, apply corrective actions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting principles, and client-specific standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Commerce graduate with focus on Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
- Proven ability to manage Order Fulfillment, Collections, and Cash Payments.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in handling queries, follow-ups, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
