Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex and high-risk wells.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in drilling, well control, HPHT, deep gas, and completions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years’ progressive drilling and workover engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on complex/high-risk wells.
- IWCF Well Control Certification (Supervisor Level) mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
- Proven track record of technical excellence, operational leadership, and mentoring.
