Summary
Bain & Company, a top global management consulting firm, is hiring a Practice Consultant – Technology / Artificial Intelligence (AI) for its Product, Practice, and Knowledge (PPK) team in New Delhi, India. This is a full-time consulting opportunity where you will leverage AI, digital transformation, and sustainability solutions to drive business impact.
In this role, you will collaborate with Bain’s global consulting teams, sustainability experts, engineers, and technology partners to design, develop, and scale AI-powered business and sustainability solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in management consulting, product strategy, or technology innovation, with a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and emerging digital tools.

Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
- Shape and deploy AI-driven sustainability solutions based on user needs.
- Translate client requirements into product features and digital tools.
- Support automation, analytics, and digital adoption in consulting projects.
- Assess and recommend AI platforms and sustainability-focused technologies.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to test and scale new solutions.
Strategy & Innovation
- Drive innovation in AI and digital consulting within the sustainability practice.
- Monitor AI and tech trends and integrate them into Bain’s consulting solutions.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs and sustainability-related IP.
- Support proposal development and codify best practices.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Act as a bridge between sustainability and digital transformation teams.
- Provide training and informal coaching to junior team members.
- Share insights, tools, and innovations across Bain’s global practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Background in management consulting, product management, or technology strategy.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML tools, Python, OpenAI APIs, Azure, or R.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows and digital transformation.
- Experience working in innovation labs, digital incubators, or tech firms.
- Core Skills:
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative team player with maturity to handle confidential information.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
