Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
- Develop and scale sustainability and technology solutions tailored to specific industries.
- Support IP creation: global reports, research briefs, market overviews, and training materials.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Drive AI and digital adoption by embedding automation and analytics into business solutions.
- Assist in business case development, ROI modeling, and commercialization planning.
Strategy, Planning & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and maintain practice-related data and insights.
- Provide proposal support and codify best practices for global teams.
- Conduct primary and secondary research across industries and practices.
- Highlight key business trends through data integration and analysis.
Practice Communications & Teaming
- Collaborate across Bain’s global practice teams to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen team capability.
- Build Bain’s brand by contributing to thought leadership and sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Prior management consulting or equivalent strategy experience.
- Strong track record in business analysis, data tools, and research.
- Skilled in creating executive-level presentations and insights.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (Tableau, SQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Python, or R) is a plus.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills.
