Key Responsibilities
As a PMO Consultant within Deloitte’s Organization Transformation (OT) team, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of transformation programs (Tech, HR, Ops, Change, or Sales & Marketing)
- Setting up and managing PMOs or TMOs for large-scale client engagements
- Risk management, planning, governance, and benefits realization
- Creating and managing critical project paths and timelines
- Managing cross-functional stakeholder communication and alignment
- Assuring program quality, performance, and delivery excellence
- Collaborating with internal teams (Org Design, Change, Tech) and client departments
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in project delivery, program assurance, or PMO roles
- Expertise in setting up PMO structures, financial tracking, and business case creation
- Proficient in project management methodologies like Agile, PRINCE2, and Waterfall
- Strong understanding of risk, dependency, and stakeholder management
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exposure to global delivery models or international clients is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm is a plus
- Strong business acumen with experience in preparing project financials, reports, and dashboards
