✅ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test and environment setup automation using Ansible and shell scripting.
- Design, implement, and execute benchmark scenarios using Java and Selenium.
- Configure IBM Business Automation Workflow components in containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu).
- Collect, manage, and visualize performance test results using Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins for automated performance tests.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize system performance across the software stack.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions to improve performance and innovate processes.
- Engage in Level 3 customer support for performance troubleshooting and analysis.
- Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
💡 Required Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in performance QA and testing.
- Strong practical experience with Java, Bash, and Ansible.
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and scripting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Understanding of containerized environments (Kubernetes) and Java application servers (IBM WAS, Liberty).
- Experience with databases like IBM Db2 and Postgres.
- Proficiency in Elasticsearch and Kibana for performance data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and effective communication.

- Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience in enterprise performance testing and benchmark development.
- Fluency in container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu.

- Interest in DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as code.
