Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and recruitment module implementations for global clients.
- Build, automate, and release Workday reporting and BI solutions based on client requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Ensure all solutions meet client specifications, comply with Delivery Assurance (DA) checkpoints, and are delivered on time.
- Support data conversion, testing, and reporting activities as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality, reliable, and scalable reporting solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Workday Certifications: HCM and Reporting.
- Experience: 3–4 years in Workday, including Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, WQL.
- Domain Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end HCM core and recruitment implementation for American, European, or APAC clients.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, prepare delivery materials, and manage client expectations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Core HCM modules and advanced Workday reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into system design.
- Demonstrated experience in Delivery Assurance review preparation and client-focused reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment while managing multiple client priorities.
