Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with selection, implementation, and support of enterprise packaged solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations leveraging business knowledge to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and identify business needs.
- Develop process maps to document As-Is and To-Be workflows.
- Apply IBM Design Thinking methodology to solve client challenges and optimize business processes.
- Manage and optimize Episerver CMS platforms, including administration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Implement SEO best practices and leverage web analytics tools (Google Analytics) for website performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: Episerver CMS administration, customization, optimization.
- SEO Skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing strategies.
- Web Analytics: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
