Key Responsibilities
- Lead Siebel system design and development in an agile environment.
- Translate business requirements into customized Siebel solutions for IBM and client projects.
- Perform full lifecycle of Siebel application implementation: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements in collaboration with clients.
- Integrate packaged solutions into client business processes effectively.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on Siebel development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configuration tools, and EAI development.
- Expertise in requirements analysis, solution design, and system integration.
- Proficiency in consulting, business analysis, and packaged solution implementation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with end-to-end Siebel implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud and enterprise technology platforms.
